Hopefully this will be one of the many posts that I will be doing to demostrate my amazing German speaking skills. Just kidding, I don't have any amazing German speaking skills, yet, but I am hopeing with a little time and patience I will one day be able to brag about it and it will be awesome. But for now I am taking a beginner's German class at my university and only know the basics.
For some fun here is a picture of a kitten and Domo. Underneath I have written what their conversation would be like if they were speaking in German. (Remember, basic is what I know so far).
Kitten- "Guten Tag! Wie heiBen Sie?"
Domo- "Meine Name ist Domo."
Kitten- "Wie bitte?"
Domo- "Meine Name ist Domo. Wie heiBen Sie?"
Kitten- "Ich heiBe Kitten. Freut mich!"
Domo- "Ja. Und wie kommen aus?"
Kitten- "Ich komme aus Elkhart. Wie kommen aus?"
Domo- "Ich komme aus Elkhart auch."
Kitten- "Auf Wiedersehen."
Domo- "Auf Wiedersehen."
